Our Builder’s Renovation product is designed for existing residential and commercial buildings undergoing structural renovations.
Whether the project is straightforward or more complex, we work with you to provide cover that fits the risk.
Cover includes property protection for permanent and temporary structures, with a replacement cost option available. Building materials on site can be covered against theft, helping protect projects from unexpected setbacks.
For longer projects, cover can be extended for up to 18 months, with policy terms available from 3, 6, 9, and 12 months. And because some renovations demand more attention than others, we’re ready to consider larger and more extensive works.
